Reusable Insulation Covers for Condensation Control
NO SWEAT™ valve wraps are patented, flexible insulation covers designed to prevent condensation on components of cold piping systems. They are a combination of a 1” fiberglass blanket insert and a Tychem® QC outer jacket. A Velcro strip is the longitudinal sealing mechanism, and the ends are equipped with elastic to easily overlap adjacent jacketed insulation.
NO SWEAT™ valve wraps save installers field fabrication time compared to traditional insulating methods. The reusability is a key feature that benefits maintenance personnel and automation contractors who need to access critical valves and reapply the insulation.
