TPSX-12® Calcium Silicate

TPSX-12® is a filter pressed, high-temperature, water-resistant calcium silicate available in pipe and block form. It was verified by a third party to meet or exceed physical property requirements in accordance with ASTM C533 Type I.

TPSX-12® Calcium Silicate is engineered for use on industrial piping and equipment operating continuously at temperatures up to 1200℉ (650℃). It contains an integral, inorganic silicate chemistry which inhibits corrosion under insulation (CUI). The filter pressed process gives TPSX-12® twice the compressive strength as any other domestic manufacturer.

Pre-fabricated 45° and 90° mitered elbows and tees are available from two U.S. locations.
